These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (these “Terms and Conditions”) constitute a legally binding contract between Living The Horse with Ribbleton and you regarding your purchase of digital products.

1. PRICES AND TERMS

The prices for the Products shall be as stated on the Order. Payment shall be made in accordance with Section 5 of the Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to make pricing changes or corrections on the Ribbleton website at any time, without notice.

Pricing is in USD (United States Dollars). 

Upon purchase, if you are a new customer, you will receive a username and password for each program or package you purchase in the Order. For example, if you purchase only one program or package, you will receive only one username and password, and only one person may access and use the program/package.

Please note that an e-mail confirmation of your order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse to sell to any customer as circumstances dictate.

We do our best to provide our customers with accurate pricing and information for the products on our website. However because we are constantly improving our website, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all the information on our site. In the event of an error on the website we will make every effort to accommodate our customers while reserving the right to modify price and product information at any time.

By creating an account on our website you are registering to receive email news updates. You are able to unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time by simply following the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each newsletter.

2. REFUND POLICY

2.1 CLINICS, RETREATS & WORKSHOPS (not online study)

If you are purchasing a physical place at a clinic or course, your full payment will reserve your place. The places are sold on a first in with payment, first serve basis. No refunds or transfers to other clinics/courses are given if you are unable to attend, however you are welcome to find someone to replace you.

If we cancel an event, relocate or reschedule, all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased. Proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. We are not liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.

2.2 Online Courses

There are no refunds given for any online program payments that have been made including the payment we are making now. There are no transfers to other programs.

For Payment Plans or Subscriptions a credit card must be active. If you cancel your card or your subscription (directly or indirectly) you will immediately lose access to the program or program. If you fail to make the payments or you decide to cancel the payments, you will lose all access to the program/s. If you are taking a payment plan, you must complete all of your payments. To retain access to your program, full and complete payment needs to be made.

If you decide to take the payment plan and you do not continue to make all of the payments, you will lose access to the course.  Once you have made all of the payments, you will be provided lifetime access to the course. There will be no refunds of payments made. 

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that the Products contain proprietary information and materials, such as videos, coursework, lesson plans, training modules, photographs, software, text, graphics, images, and sound recordings (collectively, “Product Content”) that are owned by Ribbleton and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Duplicating, sharing, or uploading any Product Content, including to any sharing or social media sites, is considered stealing, and Ribbleton will prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Ribbleton provides you with the Products solely for your personal, noncommercial use, and you agree that you will not use any of the Product Content in any way whatsoever except for use in compliance with this Agreement. You will not use any Product Content in a manner that constitutes an infringement of Ribbleton rights or that has not been authorized by Ribbleton. More specifically, unless explicitly authorized in this Agreement, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works of, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any Product Content. You may, however, from time to time, download and/or print one copy of individual pages of the Product Content for your personal, noncommercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

4. THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS AND WEBSITES

Ribbleton may provide links to third-party materials and websites as a convenience to you. These third-party materials and websites are not part of the Products, and they may be either withdrawn or terminated from the Products at any time without notice to you and without any liability to Ribbleton. 

5. DISCLAIMER

THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTIES’ RIGHTS, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTS.

WHEN ADDRESSING HORSE AND/OR PERSONAL TRAINING MATTERS IN ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS, WEBSITES, VIDEOS, NEWSLETTERS, PROGRAMS, OR OTHER CONTENT, WE’VE TAKEN REASONABLE EFFORT TO ENSURE THAT WE ACCURATELY REPRESENT OUR PROGRAMS AND THEIR ABILITY TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR HORSE. HOWEVER, RIBBLETON ATTUNEMENT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL GET ANY RESULTS USING ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS, IDEAS, STRATEGIES, OR RECOMMENDATIONS, AND NOTHING ON OUR WEBSITES OR IN OUR PRODUCTS IS A PROMISE OR GUARANTEE TO YOUR SUCCESS.
